OK, when the geese were trying to take over the building on Friday, I assumed that they were just trying to take our advanced technology as part of an avian masterplan that would eventually enslave us all (as anyone, really,
would assume). Today, though, I came to a different realization when my wife and I were out at the lake. The birds aren't trying to take over.
They're just after me.
I have no idea what I did to anger them, but they're certainly coming for me, as evidenced by this rather large thing that decided to advance on me this afternoon. If you find me beaten to death, wing and flipper marks all over my corpse, you know who did it.

I had a similar encounter with a couple of wild turkeys (the actual birds, not the drink) a little over a week ago. Those birds neither give quarter nor do they expect it.
hmmm...maybe you shouldn't come visit soon. you KNOW how large the cranes get here......
